Theory of Change

Switzerland needs a new tone and a policy that is focussed on topics and issues. The young political movement "Operation Libero" is convinced of this. It wants to shake up the 2019 National Council elections with cross-party issues, progressive candidates and a targeted campaign. The aim is to shift the political balance and give more space to progressive issues. Will the movement succeed in asserting itself against the established forces?
